Candle Care and Safety

We want every Raindeer Supply Co candle to feel cozy, beautiful, and safe to enjoy. Please follow these basic care instructions each time you burn your candle.

Burn instructions

• Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn
• Burn within sight
• Keep away from children and pets
• Keep away from flammable objects
• Burn on a stable, heat-safe surface
• Do not burn for excessive periods at a time
• Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, and debris
• Stop burning when only a small amount of wax remains in the vessel
• Allow candle to cool before moving it
• Never leave a burning candle unattended

Handmade note

Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, minor variations in surface finish, frosting, texture, or color may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect the performance of the candle.

Warm weather note

Candles are sensitive to heat. If your order is delivered locally, please bring it inside as soon as possible.
