The name Raindeer was inspired by Rainier’s name. When he was younger, some kids would call him “Reindeer” because they could not quite remember his name. Over time, the idea stuck, and it became a fun and meaningful inspiration for the brand. The official brand name is Raindeer Supply Co, though some people search for Reindeer Supply Co by mistake.

Our Porch Drop Candle Club allows customers to choose 1, 2, or 3 candles each month. Members select from available scents, including signature favorites and seasonal releases, then receive their monthly candles through local porch delivery in eligible areas.

Yes. We offer local porch delivery in eligible areas. Deliveries are made to front porches, doorsteps, or another approved drop location. We do not deliver to mailboxes.

That is okay. Porch deliveries are left at the designated drop location unless you provide different instructions. Because candles are sensitive to weather and heat, we recommend bringing your order inside as soon as possible.

Yes. Raindeer Supply Co candles are designed to be simple, gift-worthy, and easy to love. They are popular for hostess gifts, thank-yous, neighbor gifts, and seasonal giving.

Almost — but with intentional variation. Our candles are hand-poured into thrifted mason jars and mugs sourced locally, so the exact vessel shape, handle, or label placement may differ slightly from the photo. Combined with small-batch wax finish variations, every candle ends up a little one-of-a-kind. We think it's part of the charm.

Because we pour into thrifted vessels. Each mason jar and mug is sourced second-hand from local thrift stores, garage sales, and pantries cleared out by neighbors — partly because it's more sustainable than ordering thousands of identical new vessels, partly because every candle ends up a little one-of-a-kind. Same wax, same scent, same care — just a slightly different jar. If you ever receive one with a real character to it, that's by design.

Raindeer Supply Co was created by Rainier and Teddy, but the business is family-run and legally operated by The Social Media Posse LLC. All sales, processing, subscriptions, and customer service are managed under adult supervision.
