Returns and Refund Policy

Because our candles are handmade in small batches, we generally do not accept returns on used candles or opened products unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery or receipt. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos if applicable
2. Non-Returnable Items
We generally do not accept returns for:
- Used candles
- Burned candles
- Opened products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Melted candles left outside after confirmed delivery
- Items purchased as final sale
3. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are generally non-refundable once processed for that cycle, unless there was an error or fulfillment problem.
4. Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for bringing delivered candles inside promptly. We are not responsible for damage caused by candles being left outdoors after confirmed porch delivery.
5. Refund Decisions
Approved refunds, replacements, or store credit will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.
